The first tier of my services is as a consultant. A typical engagement for me begins in research. To provide the correct solution I need to be intimate with the system I’m working within. This involves reviewing any current systems and reviewing the long term and short term goals of the product.

Beyond traditional interface design, I like to start at the experience and design a system, not a screen. I want to empathize with those using the system and design the experience to accommodate those needs.
